Here at ML Fixings we have our own fully-equipped machine shop ready to undertake batch work for bespoke fixings to machining pins, bushes, keyways and general precision engineering.

Fasteners and Fixings

With a range from M1 – M64+ & Imperial equivalents & Metric Fine, we provide a limitless range of standard and non- standard item and exceptional service. More standard items that can be made from blanks can be available from NEXT DAY, other more bespoke items will have a lead time.

We can offer a vast selection of nonstandard materials too, such as Stainless Steel, Brass, Aluminium, Nylon, Duplex, and various other exotic materials.

We offer a unique procurement service where we can help source items that may be hard to find. This can be for almost any item in any industry. 

If you are having trouble with a limited number of suppliers you can purchase from, we can help procure the items on your behalf. On occasion we have been able to help some of our customers with cost savings as we have already got discounts in place with the manufacturers.

Socket Cap Screws

M5×12 Brass Socket Cap Screws to DIN 912, made to spec for an aerospace company.

Bolts

M30×640mm Bolts Din 931 Gr 10.9. These big bolts were made for a local demolition and salvage company for a concrete crusher.

Set Screw

This is a bespoke M42×2.00×60mm Set Screw Gr8.8 that we made for a local Aerospace customer. Despite being a non-standard item that is unavailable anywhere else, we produced and delivered this in only two days.
