Returns Policy

Returns (refund and exchanges)

If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know, Our Returns Policy gives you 14 days to return or exchange an
item bought from ML UK Ltd T/A ML Fixings with a valid receipt. If 14 days have gone by since the date of purchase
unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must
be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received, your refund will be processed within 5 working days. For goods purchased ‘on
account’ a credit note will be raised on your account against any returned goods.

For goods purchased by card, we will process a refund to your credit/debit card. Please note that your refund will need
to be processed in person or by phone as we do not store your payment card information. For items purchased by cash
please return your item/s in person for a cash refund.

Special order & Bespoke items

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for bespoke items (manufactured by ML Fixings or by our approved
provider) unless the goods are faulty or an error has been made by ML Fixings or said subcontractor.

For items which have been ordered in and not stocked by ML Fixings, please contact us for to verify if your item/s can
be returned. Please note that this may incur a charge for return postage to supplier, if accepted.
